30-Day Money Back Guarantee
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return
1. Email support@carebloom.com with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you a return label and instructions
3. Drop off your package at the nearest shipping location
4. Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return

Refunds
Your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges
Contact support@carebloom.com to exchange for a different size or design, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items not in original condition or packaging

Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at support@carebloom.com with a photo. We will replace it at no cost.
