Finding the right size is key to getting the full benefit of your CareBloom compression socks.
How to Measure
Measure the circumference of your calf at its widest point, halfway between your knee and ankle. Measure in the morning before any swelling occurs.
Size Chart
S — Calf 10"–13" (25–33 cm) — Women's shoe 5–7 — Men's shoe 4–6
M — Calf 13"–15" (33–38 cm) — Women's shoe 7.5–10 — Men's shoe 6.5–9
L — Calf 15"–17" (38–43 cm) — Women's shoe 10.5–13 — Men's shoe 9.5–12
XL — Calf 17"–19" (43–48 cm) — Women's shoe 13+ — Men's shoe 12+
Tips for the Best Fit
- Between sizes? Size up for maximum comfort during long shifts
- Wide calves? Choose the larger size
- First time wearing compression? Start with S or M for a lighter feel
- Compression socks should feel snug but never painful
